As promised, here are a few teasers from a recent maternity shoot.

My dear friend Indra, her husband Gurdeep, and their beautiful 1st born Keira and I met up a few days ago and had a blast doing these photos. I had been wanting to do an outdoor maternity shoot for awhile, and thankfully, Indra and family were game!

I'm glad we got them done when we did because baby #2 should be here anyday. I can't wait!

If I decide to be indecisive, that's my decision

It's been awhile (again)....

Things have been going well, and I want to say a big Thank-You once again to all of my friends and family that are supporting me! If you are reading this, than thank you, thank you, thank you!

I've been keeping busy with photoshoots and working on a few different things for my business. I've decided to change my logo and branding (hence my "title" for today's post) and have been spending all of my free time learning about photography related things that I won't get into here.

Unfortunately, my return to my oh-so-boring dayjob is quickly approaching. Less than 3 weeks now :(
I want to cry just thinking about it, so I don't. I stay home with my 2 kidlets in denial... and I work HARD to get my act together and devise some kind of plan that will allow me to be a stay-at-home/work-at-home mom!

Today's quote is in regards to my lateness...

My last post was nearly a month ago and at that time, I mistakenly thought my website would be up in "a few days" HAHA, not so much!

I'm not going to make up excuses for it, life happens. Oh, and building a website when you don't have a clue what your doing is hard work!

Oops... that was an excuse wasn't it?

Anyhow, without further ado... I introduce you to my first real website!

Welcome to my new blog. I’ve created this blog so that I can keep you – my friends, family, and clients, up to date on the happenings with my photography business..

In the next few days, my new website will be launched. I've been working long and hard on it, so I'm very excited! Over the years I've had so many people ask me for my site and I've always meant to put one together, but you know... with 2 little ones under 2 years old, free time is a little hard to come by.

Despite my lack of free time, I've been keeping busy with photoshoots lately and have ventured into the world of boudoir photography now too, which I love! I have a couple of weddings booked for this summer, and as I continue to build my portfolio and gain experience I feel like I am coming closer and closer to my goal of becoming a full-time photographer! Ahh... to never have to return to my dreaded insurance company job again. That will be such a happy day :)

I am glad that I have found the courage to follow my dream and so happy that I have so much support from my friends and family. Thank you for checking out my blog, and stay tuned for my new website in the next couple days!!!
